At Tommaso we believe that when you buy a bike it should LAST. That’s why we are proud to offer our industry leading warranty. It includes a Lifetime warranty on frames and forks and up 2 two years on all major components.
If it breaks we'll make it right!
Frame & Fork
- It's simple our Frame and Fork Warranty is a LIFETIME Warranty!
- You read that right….we are offering you something that no one else in the cycling industry has ever done, A LIFETIME WARRANTY!
Components
- All non-Shimano components are warrantied against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one year.
- Shimano components have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Consumables (tires, tubes, spokes, handlebar tape, brakes, chains) are not covered.
- Stripped crank arms are not covered by the warranty, as they are caused by improper pedal installation.
Warranty Conditions
- Product must be registered for warranty within 60 days of purchase.
- Please contact us at service@tommasocycling.com for all warranty claims. Please provide your order number and photos of any issues on the claim.
- Valid on purchases from Tommasobikes.com.
- This warranty is not transferable.
- If bikes are used for commercial use, warranty is void.
- This warranty is voided if the bicycle is subjected to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, an accident or other abnormal, excessive or improper use.
- If weight limits on bikes are exceeded, all frame/fork warranties are voided.
Weight Limits:
Road bikes: 220 lbs
Adventure/Fitness/Mountain bikes: 300 lbs - Shipping charges for replacemnt parts and non-Tommaso dealer labor charges for installation of replacement parts are not covered under this warranty.
