We ship our orders with FedEx and USPS. All bikes ship Fedex and require a signature.

2nd Day Fedex shipping can be purchased a single bicycle per order for $245.

All shipping costs are NOT refundable once the package has been shipped, including express shipping options.

PLEASE NOTE: All bicycles require an adult signature for delivery. All small packages have a one day handling time before shipment. Bicycles need to be assembled before shipping, which can take up to 5 business days, depending on current demand. Please allow time for assembly before shipping, as we want to make sure your new bike is perfect when it arrives.

Note On Express Shipping: Fedex 2nd Day & Overnight Service DO NOT Deliver on Weekends. These services only operate Monday thru Friday.

Delivery times may be affected by holiday shipping, excessive shipping demands, weather, or environmental issues in your area.  

We are not responsible for stolen packages. All bicycles require signature for delivery and waiving that signature assumes liability for a safe delivery place. Claims of package non-delivery will be investigated with the shipping carrier and GPS verified, to confirm proper delivery. Please make sure you are shipping to a safe place.

 

Claims of package not delivered will be investigated with the carrier. If delivery is confirmed, we can send out a replacement unit, but a a properly delivered package is not eligible for refund, without returning the product.
