
Exchanges - 100% Shoe Fit Guarantee
We are proud to offer a 100% Shoe Fit Guarantee on all shoe purchases. If your shoes do not fit perfectly, we will exchange them free of charge for another size, color, or model.
Simply contact us via email at service@tommasocycling.com and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the shoes.
The exchange process is 100% free to you, with no additional costs. Each order is eligible for only one exchange under this guarantee. Returned shoes must be unused and in undamaged condition to qualify. For returns without an exchange, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a $10 restocking fee.

Returns
- Eligible Returns: Items must be unused (except bikes under our 14-Day Test Ride policy) and undamaged. Used or damaged items (beyond normal test ride wear) are not returnable.
- 30 Days: All returns must be inititated within 30 days of you recieving the product.
- Demo and Closeout Items: All demo or closeout shoes are final sale and non-returnable.
How To Return An Item
- Initiate a Return: Contact us via email at service@tommasocycling.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Repackage the Item: Securely pack the item with sufficient padding to prevent shipping damage, it is best to use the original packaging. For bikes, include the fork dropout protector and foam to avoid damage.

- Return Shipping Labels (For Bikes Only): You can save money on the return by using our account. A return shipping label costs $75 (Road/Gravel/Fitness) or $150 (MTN BIke) (US Cont. Only) which will be deducted from your refund along with the $75 restocking fee.
What to Include: Items must be unused in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse. You’ll receive an email confirmation once completed.
- Damaged Returns: If an item is returned damaged, no refund will be issued.
Non-Bike Refund
- Restocking Fee: Non-bike items incur a $10 restocking fee to cover return processing.
- Exchanges: The restocking fee will be waived for exchanges of size, color, or model. One exchange per order.
- Damaged or Used: Damaged or used items are ineligible for a refund.
Bike Refunds
- Restocking Fee: All bikes incur a $75 restocking fee to cover original shipping costs.
- Prepaid Return Label: If you use a prepaid return shipping label, an additional $75 or $150 fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Damaged bikes: (from the test ride or from shipping) are subject to a damage restocking fee of up to 100% of the purchase price dependent on the damage.
