DESCRIPTION
SPD Super Light (SL) are mainly used for road cycling where reduced weight is a consideration. This is a 3 bolt cleat system with a large plastic cleat that attaches to your shoe. These cleats offer maximum power transfer and have a more solid connection than the SPD Cleat.
Indoor riders please note, these ARE NOT compatible with Peloton bike pedals.
