Do the Capri II shoes come with cleats included?
Yes. The Capri II ships with SPD cleats pre-installed — you don't need to purchase or install anything separately. Just unbox them, clip in, and ride. They are ready to use right out of the box.
Are these shoes compatible with Peloton bikes?
The Capri II uses a 2-hole SPD cleat system, which is not compatible with Peloton bikes. Peloton bikes require Delta (3-bolt) cleats. If you ride a Peloton, check out our Pista 100. The Capri II works with all SPD-type pedal systems, including those found on most spin bikes at gyms, SoulCycle, and other studios.
Can I walk normally in these shoes?
Yes, that's one of the Capri II's biggest advantages. The SPD cleats are recessed into the Cycle2Workout sole, so the cleat doesn't protrude from the bottom when you walk. You can comfortably walk to class, move around the studio, and even continue your workout on the floor without changing shoes.
How do I choose the right size?
The Capri II fits true to size for most riders. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up 1/2 from your normal gym shoes.
