Take two full weeks to ride and experience your bike. If it’s not the perfect fit, return it for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

All we ask is that you keep the bike free from crashes or damage.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

One 14-Day Test Ride per Customer: Limited to one test ride per customer and per order.

Condition of Returned Bikes: Bikes damaged beyond normal wear from the 14-day test ride (e.g., from riding or improper shipping) may incur a restocking fee of up to 50% of the bike’s original price.

Packaging Requirements: Bikes must be returned in the original box with provided packing foam. Please use the fork dropout protector and foam Hannah to prevent metal-to-metal contact or fork damage.

Return Shipping Costs: If a prepaid return label is used, its cost will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee: A $75 restocking fee will be applied to cover the cost of shipping the bike to you.

Demo and Closeout Bikes: All demo or closeout bike sales are final and non-returnable.
